TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions constitute the full and complete service agreement (the “Agreement”) between you (the “Customer”) and MetroGreen Cleaning Services for the

provision of Cleaning Services at your residence or place of business. Please take some time to review this Agreement. Use of Our Services constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions:

1) General Cleaning, Tile and Grout, Area Rugs, Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Services
a. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, MetroGreen Cleaning Services agrees to provide cleaning services (the “Service”) to the Customer at an address specified by the Customer (the “Premises”).
b. The Service will be for such maintentance, general, carpet, area rug, tile, grout, and upholstery cleaning services as agreed with the Customer at the time of booking.
c. MetroGreen will provide one or more cleaning technicians (“the cleaner”) to attend the Premises to provide the Service at a time and date mutually agreed between MetroGreen and the Customer.
d. MetroGreen endeavors to provide the Services faithfully, diligently and in a timely and professional manner.
2) Customer Representations and Warranties
The Customer represents and warrants that:
a. it will provide a safe working environment at the Premises for the Cleaner  to perform the Service.
b. the Cleaning Technician/Personnel will have unencumbered and unobstructed access to those areas of the Premises requiring the Service;
c. it will provide the Cleaning Technician with access to all services and utilities (including hot, cold water and electricity) as required by the Cleaning Technician to provide the Service;
d. it will advise MetroGreen prior to the commencement of the Service of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers.
e. it is authorized to use the Premises and obtain the provision of Service.

3) Health and Safety Risks
In addition to the obligations and warranties set out, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
a. the Cleaning Technician is entitled to undertake a job safety analysis before the commencement of any work to assess the health and safety risk at the Premises;
b. the Cleaning Technician may, either before or during the provision of the Service not provide or cease the provision of the Service where carrying out the Service presents; in the absolute discretion of the Cleaning Technician, a risk to health and safety.
c. moisture on your furniture and carpets can present a slip hazard on nearby hard surface areas, WE ASK THE CUSTOMER AND FAMILY MEMBERS to avoid any areas that we are cleaning, and will advise any GUESTS, residents or contractors of this hazard until the carpets are dry.
d. the Customer must agree to keep children or dependents away from any equipment or products being used as a part of the carpet and upholstery cleaning process.
e. the Customer must ensure that the environment that the Customer is inviting the Cleaner to work in, is a safe environment free from electrical or structural hazard.
f. Although we clean using green products, carpet and upholstery cleaning solutions are not for human consumption and may cause health problems.
4) Job Quotations
a. The actual price payable by the Customer is the quoted price provided by MetroGreen Cleaning Services and its technicians.
b. Any price quoted by MetroGreen is an estimate only based on MetroGreen Cleaning experience, without inspection, and based on information provided by the Customer.
c. Residential Cleaning quotations are valid for (30) days, (60) days for Commercial Cleaning from the date the Quote was issued unless otherwise indicated/agreed to by MetroGreen Or its Representative(s).
d. The quote we provide over the telephone, via email or through the internet on the MetroGreen Cleaning website is based on information provided by the Customer and in the absence of specific areas or clearly definable descriptions, the price will be based on the agreed standard room/upholstery sizes and evaluation conducted by the Technician. If the actual work to be performed is different to what has been quoted for, the price will vary accordingly.
e. The cleaning technician may quote extra after inspection if there are a) extra rooms or areas that requires extra attention during the walkthrough/evaluation process or b) if the condition of the carpet or upholstery is deemed to be different from the information provided by the Customer.
f. The Cleaning Technician will revise and re-confirm the price with the Customer before work commences.
g. When the Cleaning Technician arrives at the Premises, they will inspect the areas/furniture the Customer has requested to be cleaned.
h. Upholstery cleaning prices are per seating position and are subject change considering the size, fabric type and condition of the upholstery. Additional charges may apply for recliners, ottomans, chaises and loose cushions. 5) Stains and Odors
a. The cleaning technician will inspect the carpet, upholstery and the fabric condition before the Service commences.
b. Stains derived from bleaching agents, acids and permanent dyes may be permanent and cannot be removed with any treatment. MetroGreen and its Technicians does not guarantee stain removal on stains deemed permanent and cannot be responsible for any pre-existing condition(s) that is not apparent upon visual inspection of the Premises.
c. PET DAMAGE AND MAJOR ODOR TREATMENT: While we strive to bring the best cleaning and odor elimination results, certain odors can be hard to trace origin and so even after cleaning, customers might experience odors from missed areas or other sources. We recommend customers to observe and point out all affected areas(if applicable) to aide Technicians in eliminate such odors.
Please Note: Pet urine is an issue of the carpet, pad and subfloor. Cleaning the carpets’ surface might and might not completely remove pet odors. While we strive to eliminate any carpet and upholstery odors, we do not provide a 100% guarantee odor or stain removal results. Note that once service commences, we will be running equipment in your home or place of business, which requires entering and exiting during service. If you have pets running around, please place your pet(s) in a crate, bathroom, or safe location where they will not escape out of the open door. MetroGreen will not be responsible for lost pets or their whereabouts during and after the service.
6) Cancellation Fees and Other Charges
a. The minimum charge for any Service is $55.00.
b. The Customer is strongly recommended to contact MetroGreen Cleaning SVCS 24hours prior to delays/changes, postponement or cancellation of an appointment.
c. In the event that such notice has been given, MetroGreen will endeavor to reschedule the Service if required.
7) Payment Terms
a. The Customer agrees to pay the final price quoted, revised by MetroGreen Technicians in full prior to or at the end of Service, unless otherwise agreed in advance with MetroGreen (the company)
b. MetroGreen accepts the following payment methods: Debit cards, Credit Cards, Personal Checks, Business Checks, Cash. Please note: There are events when all other forms of payments may/might not be accepted except cash. i.e. when our credit card processors are faulty or when we recommend cash as a convenient form of payment at the time.
8) Non-Appearance and Complaints
a If a Cleaning technician fails to attend the Premises within 2hours of the Service Time and does not provide the requested Service, MetroGreen will provide the Customer with either: a request to reschedule the Service at another convenient time mutually agreed between the Customer and MetroGreen, OR issue a full refund if payment as made prior to service.
b. If, for any reason the Customer is dissatisfied with the Service provided, it must inform MetroGreen within 48 hours of completion of the Service. MetroGreen Cleaning Services strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and will endeavor to resolve any problems resulting in the customers dissatisfaction quickly and efficiently.
c. In the event of a customer complaint, the Customer undertakes to give MetroGreen Cleaning the opportunity to rectify all work as agreed on the work order and all this will be conducted at the customers convenience and at no extra cost to the customer.
9) Exclusions and Limitations
The Customer will not hold MetroGreen responsible for:
a. not completing or providing the Service as a result of a breach of a warranty by the Customer(including a failure by the Customer to provide utility services, a safe working environment or unencumbered access to the Premises); or
b. not completing or providing the Service as a result of the Cleaning Technician not proceeding for Health and Safety reasons.
c. any loss or damage incurred by the Customer, its Guests or and or any third party.
d. wear, damage or stains that can not be completely cleaned or removed;
e. any wear or discoloring of fabric or surfaces becoming more visible once dirt has been removed;
f. The Customer acknowledges that the results of any services provided may vary depending on a number of factors (including time elapsed since carpeting and upholstery was last cleaned and the nature of the fabric being cleaned. Note: The nature of some stains/spots makes it impossible to restore the original color or texture of fabrics. At times, certain spots will appear to be more visible after cleaning. Spotting work on rust, liquor, cosmetics, ink, coffee, lipstick stains and the like is performed at the customers acknowledgement that some stains/spots may/cannot be removed and there is no guarantee in removing such stains.
10) Termination
a. This Agreement may be terminated by the Customer by providing at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled Service Time.
b. MetroGreen reserves to right to cancel the appointment or service either before or upon service commencement if the customer is in breach of this service agreement and will not be held liable for such cancellation.
